Social Media Manager
Own the voice of the Zonova Group across social media. Plan, create and publish content for our family of ventures (Zonova Tech, Zonova Lens, Zonova Mist and Zonova Shop) and grow an engaged community around them.
What you'll do
- Manage all social media channels (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, YouTube).
- Plan a monthly content calendar and publish consistently.
- Create engaging content: short-form video, graphics, captions and stories.
- Grow our online community by replying to comments, DMs and mentions.
- Execute campaigns for our ventures: Zonova Lens, Zonova Mist and Zonova Shop.
- Track performance (reach, engagement, follower growth) and report weekly.
- Work with the founders on brand direction and creative ideas.
What we're looking for
- A strong sense of design, tone and internet culture.
- Comfort with tools like Canva, CapCut and Meta Business Suite (or willingness to learn quickly).
- Excellent written English; Sinhala or Tamil is a big plus.
- Reliable internet and your own laptop / smartphone.
- Self-motivated: you can plan your own week and hit deadlines.
Nice to have
- Prior experience running a page, community, or personal brand.
- Basic photo / video editing skills.
- Understanding of paid ads on Meta or Google.
