The idea

Zonova Shop is our in-house e-commerce venture, built around a simple promise: Celebrate Everything. It brings occasion gifting into one place, so ordering flowers, a cake or a custom-printed shirt for someone doesn’t mean juggling three different sellers.

What we built

• A browsable storefront across three categories: hand-tied flower bouquets, celebration cakes, and custom-printed apparel
• Category-led product discovery designed around occasions rather than SKUs
• One shared cart, checkout and search across every category
• Online payments through PayHere, alongside cash on delivery, with island-wide delivery across Sri Lanka
• AI-assisted design tools: a bouquet customizer with live preview, a cake designer, and a clothing design studio with virtual try-on
• An Android app built from the same codebase with Capacitor
• Media delivery through Cloudinary, so product imagery stays sharp and loads fast on mobile connections

The result

Zonova Shop is how we prove our own approach: product thinking, clean engineering, and infrastructure built to scale. It’s the same standard we bring to every client project.
